Irrigation Audit

  • What is this service?

    A repair visit is an appointment that can only be scheduled if you have an approved quote from our technician.  These appointments often proceed with a previous appointment where a prior evaluation by our technician was completed.

    As an ACA customer, our year-round services allow our technicians to become familiar with your property.  The repair appointment is a great way to get repairs, upgrades, and even installations from those who maintain your property.  Our crews will provide a quote during a sprinkler audit, or if they notice a situation that can potentially damage your system while tending to another service. 

     

 

Optimal Timing 

  • When is the best time of year to have this service completed? 

    The sooner you catch any issues the better!  We have irrigation services available year round, pending crew availability with our current calendar. 


 

Service Delivery 

  • Who performs this service? 
    Irrigation repairs are performed by our irrigation crew. This team consists of trained experts who have the knowledge, materials, and tools to perform irrigation repairs.  This crew can activate systems, and winterize them if given prior knowledge.  

  • Can this crew perform additional services during my appointment?
    To ensure that all clients are serviced with enough time to properly complete their appointment, our routes follow a strict schedule with appropriate time restraints. 

    We recommend reaching out to our office if you need to add additional services to your appointment. In addition, this crew will not have aeration, fertilization, mowing, overseed, or power rakes with them for their appointments.


  • How will I know when my crew is going to arrive?
    Upon scheduling an appointment with A Cut Above Landscape, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. On the day of the appointment, you will receive an “our technicians are on their way”  text notification 30 minutes prior. 

    The text message will be sent to the phone number our client provides during scheduling.  We recommend confirming that you have selected a mobile number to receive this important message.

    Please expect your service team to arrive between 7am-5pm.  


Service Delivery

  • Do I need to be home?
    We do require someone over the age of 18 to be home for this appointment if your supply valve is located inside your home. If a home owner can be home for this appointment we highly recommend it!  If you are unable to be home, please leave detailed notes on your appointment. 
  • What will I see at the conclusion of the appointment?
    At the conclusion of the appointment, we will have completed the service as agreed upon in the approved quote. 


 

Timeline/Frequency

  • How long will the service take? 
    The amount of time needed for a repair will depend on the quoted service.  All man-hours for the repair will be agreed upon prior to the start of the appointment unless the service is a discovery repair. 
  • How frequently should I have this service performed? Is this a recurring service? 
    This service is an optional service available should our clients need to schedule a quote.  

 

Payment Info

  • How does the billing/pricing work for this service?
    This service requires a valid credit card on file to reserve an appointment. Customers may choose to prepay at the time of scheduling.  If a client decides not to prepay, their card will be automatically charged upon completion of the job. Both options are available via our online scheduler.

 

Cancellation Info

  • Can I cancel at any time? Is there a penalty for canceling? How do I cancel/modify my service? 
    For cancellations or changes to an appointment,  we advise our customers to notify us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment date.  This notification is imperative to make the necessary arrangements with our operations crew.  For prepaid services, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.  

    There is no cancellation fee if the client cancels through their confirmation email or through our office 24 hours before their appointment. Our customers have the option to make any modifications or cancellations online; this can be done via the confirmation email sent out after the appointment has been scheduled.
